After the killing of the island, police arrested a man, a 32-year Norwegian identified as Anders Behring Breivik, which police linked to the extreme right. It was the only detainee yesterday. This morning has been arrested another man on the outside of the hotel where the first Minister Stoltenberg, was bringing a knife in a trouser pocket, as he has declared himself arrested, who said that he had been the weapon because he did not feel safe.
