I mean, I already wrote basically all of Season 2, (which is pretty sad) but I don't think it's good enough for my readers. Hopefully this contest with fix that. Basically, your task is to write chapter/episode 7 of The Heart of Hollywood, using this tidbit of my version of episode 7 to start your writing. (Ambreen, Miranda, and Jojo are sitting at a table in the Haagen Dazs, chatting, and eating ice cream, when the door chimes. Miranda looks at the door and grimaces)Miranda: Uh Ambreen, don't look know but it's...Ambreen whips around to see Tazy, Mich, Joe, Pete, and Nick. She screams. Ambreen: (wimpering) Hide me! Miranda: (shrugging) I told her not to turn around.. Jojo: HAHA! At least Kevin's not here.. (she smirks) Miranda: (sighing) You jinxed it.Jojo: (confused) What do you- (turns around to see an angry Kevin walking in the door) DRATS!______________ ____________________ ____And the rest is up to you guys! You get to choose what happens next. Just to give you a heads up, I don't use any "chat-speak" in my stories, unless the characters are texting people, so please, nothing like this:Mich: Ur so weird. lol. Something like this is acceptable:Mich: You're so weird! (laughs) ____________________ _________________Do you get the picture? Make it awesome guys!! Remember to include the intro I provided, a title, and proper gramming/spelling. Oh, and make sure it's a moderate length, and you skip lines between characters like me. Marilyn was born in Los Angeles, CA in 1926. She began her career as a Model in 1945. At the time of her death in 1962, she'd appeared in 30 films. She also owned her own production company, Marilyn Monroe Productions. She had plans to create her own perfume fragrance, and design clothing, in addition to both producing and starring in more films. Her tragic mysterious death robbed us of future contributions. Marilyn was an excellent dancer and singer/musician. She sang over a dozen hit songs in the 1950's. She was also a brilliant comedian. Marilyn lived in New York City for a while to study acting at the famous Actor's Studio. She had to fight for her rights in Hollywood, for higher pay, and for a contract that would permit her to pursue more serious acting roles. Ms. Monroe was the first actress in Hollywood to be given contractual freedom and control over her career, in the late 1950's. Marilyn Monroe was a self-made woman, from 'rags to riches'. Contrary to popular misconception, she was very intelligent and well read. She wrote poetry, and also painted, in her spare time. Marilyn Monroe was America's original beach beauty blonde. The Lioness archetype that has been emulated by many, in the decades that followed. She will always be remembered. Este filme es una producción norteamericana dirigida en 1937 por Joris Ivens y narrada por el escritor Ernest Hemingway, integrante de la denominada Generación Perdida. Nunca había sido estrenada en el Estado español, debido a la censura franquista y al olvido posterior.El filme dura 60 minutos y fue rodado durante la contienda civil en el pueblo de Fuentedueña del Tajo, cerca de Madrid. Actuó como productora la sociedad Contemporary Historians, formada por el director Joris Ivens y por escritores y directores como Orson Welles o John Dos Pasos.Se contemplan en la cinta escenas de la defensa de Madrid, de los combates en la Ciudad Universitaria, el frente del Jarama y el bombardeo de la Plaza del Callao en el centro de la urbe, así como un breve discurso parlamentario de Manuel Azaña de condena de la rebelión y de aliento a la defensa de la capital.Películas sobre la guerra civil de la épocaEntre 1936 y 1939, y a pesar de las advertencias del Código Hays destinadas a salvaguardar el no intervencionismo propugnado por el gobierno, se rodaron al menos diez películas de nacionalidad estadounidense que abordaban el conflicto de la Guerra Civil Española. Sin embargo se trata de una película cuya difusión en el momento de su estreno quedó restringida a los circuitos de cine documental y a las proyecciones organizadas por asociaciones, partidos y sindicatos comprometidos con la causa de la República española.El film debía cumplir una triple acción, en palabras del realizador: directa, política e ideológica, una acción inmediata y material para la compra de ambulancias y una acción histórica de testimonio para el futuro. Sin duda alguna esas expectativas quedaron satisfechas, dada la trascendencia histórica que ha alcanzado The Spanish Earth y la efectividad inmediata que logró tras el primer pase privado en Hollywood, al que acudieron algunas personalidades del cine gracias a las que se recaudaron 16.000 dólares destinados a ayudar al gobierno de la República.
