| BIKING WITH PEDELEC FLYER (e-BIKE) WITH MY OREGON ATC-2K AT HELMETFri, 26 Dec 2008 12:53:09 -0800 by verininhaPedalando com minha nova bicicleta elétrica suíça, a Flyer... com ela você não pedala, você acima de tudo voa!!!This video was made by MAGIX VIDEO DELUXE 2008 because I would like to put it at YOUTUBE as soon as possible and the original duration of my video was very long (25 minutes one, 19 the other)... But later I'll choose other parts and make others videos with my favorite songs. This one was automatic inserted by MAGIX VIDEODELUXE, as well as the selection of scenes, I would not make it so.Then It's possible that I will make it better, using my songs that I have converted of my CDs collection. It's a very great experience to bike with Flyer... it seems, really, to fly! I would not go out today, because the wind was very strong, and the temperature was cold... aproximatelly zero degrees or less, but with windchill of minus 6 degrees... No problems with Flyer!!! You can go smiling through the wind and also terribles ascents!!! | Ebike (electric scooter) in ChinaThu, 25 Dec 2008 20:30:15 -0800 by streamingfreedomBicycles are everywhere on Chinese roads, along with thousands of electric scooters. They typically have a max speed of just under 30mph. This one indicates 50Km/h at full speed but that's probably a touch optimistic (didn't go full speed in this video) On a full charge with an 80Kg+ rider using mostly full throttle this one will do just under 20 miles before pedal power is needed (it's not as hard as you might think to pedal them).A full charge costs only around 1? (10p) so you are looking at about 1300 miles per gallon with zero emissions (of course, with electric vehicles the emissions are passed on elsewhere to the power stations/disposal of batteries). The bikes only cost around 2000? (£200, £80 of that is the battery).Interesting ly, the drive motor is the rear wheel hub itself, the drive chain is just for the manual crank.
