It encompasses four mansions as well as two carriage houses that were each built for prominent Detroit families. After many years of languishing, these buildings have been re-functioned into 42 stunning guest rooms.Ferry Street itself is a historic street in the Midtown Detroit District, which is also referred to as Detroits Cultural Centre. It is surrounded by a large number of museums, including the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Museum of African American History, the Detroit Historical Museum, the Main Branch of the Detroit Public Library, the Detroit Science Centre and the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit.I had a chance to sit down with Sue Mosey, the driving force behind the renovation of the six buildings that make up the Inn on Ferry Street. Sue is an urban planner and the President of the University Cultural Center Association, a non-profit organization that has aided in planning and developing nearly $400 million in new residential projects in Detroits Midtown area.Under the guidance of the University Center Cultural Association, the Inn on Ferry Street was renovated at a cost of about $8.5 million and today features 42 gorgeously designed guest rooms, a large breakfast room (breakfast is included free of charge), a business centre with complimentary meeting space for guests and great common areas in all the buildings that allow the guests to socialize and relax.Sue and I talked about the socio-economic history of Detroit and the unique factors that shaped this city. We also touched on some of the planned new developments and some of the festivals and special events that highlight the calendar of the city.The Inn on Ferry Street itself is a great hospitality establishment with excellent amenities. In addition to the business centre, it provides free Internet access, a free shuttle service covering the midtown and downtown areas, valet service and room service. A big breakfast buffet is available every day from 6 am to 10 am at no extra charge, and coffees, teas and fresh fruit are available during the day.I was staying in a two bedroom suite with a separate sitting room in the Raymond C. Smith Carriage House that was built in 1892 and holds seven guest bedrooms. The Scott House is the main building of the complex since it is the location of the reception area, the breakfast room and the business centre. It also features 3 guest bedrooms.The Pungs House was built in 1892 for a railway magnate and holds nine uniquely decorated guest bedrooms while the Owen House dates back to 1887 and used to belong to the owner of a dry goods firm. It consists of seven luxurious bedrooms and two large executives. The main floor holds a glamorous parlour with a baby grand piano and two fireplaces.The Roehm House finally was constructed in 1888 for the president of the Detroit Carriage Company. Nine guest bedrooms are located here and the popular second floor suite offers ultimate luxury with its Jacuzzi tub, private balcony and Asian influenced décor.The Inn on Ferry Street offers a great location in Detroits Cultural Center and is a prime example of some of the architectural rejuvenation that has been happening in various parts of the city. These are some easy ways that i thought i should share. None of these really require a skill except the cream to butter one.descriptive walkthrough.1) Green Dragons are easy money and training. Best fought east of Clan wars. Bad thing about it is that you need an AntiDragon Shield, armor, weapon, food, and games amulet for fast traveling. Another bad thing is that Revanents lurk the area. Rangers/ Magers can use the many safe spots to kill without getting hurt.2)Cream to Butter Method. Requires 38 cooking and Chefs hat. Buy Cream at Grand Exchange. Unote the Cream and head over to Cooking Guild. Go upstairs and Churn the Cream to Butter. you get 22.5 cooking exp per butter. Butter is 4 times the cash as Cream. Varrock Armour 3 can help you use the bank inside the cooking guild.3)Drop Parties. Drop parties are not a really good way to gain money. But you never know when you get lucky. ;]4)If you want some pretty good training. I suggest the city of Tzhaar. Perfect for Magers and Rangers as there are safe spots. Do not melee these unless you are at least 90 combat to be safe. They often drop Obsidian Type Items. I've gotten Plenty of mauls/ sheilds/ and capes from this when i needed a few quick exp.5)Collecting Blue Dragon Scales. Required: AntiDragon Shield and Dusty Key. Optional: FOOD. Teleport to Falador and go west of west bank to the crumbled wall. Climb over wall and head north west. Find the Members Dungeon/ Taverly Dungeon Ladder and go down. 70 agility would make this 3 times as fast. Go all the way around to the locked gate and enter your Dusty Key in the gate. Collect Blue Dragon Scales in the next room. 630 gp each.6) Collecting Snape Grass. Teleport to Falador. Once again, go west of west bank and climb Crumbled Wall. Head south and go behind Crafting Guild. Head on to that little peninsula and collect Snape Grass. 300 gp each.7) Black Unicorns. Start at Bounty Hunter. Head down the stairs and go west of stealing creations. Kill these and collect horns for around 1k each. You can alternatively bank in Stealing Creations' Deposit Box. Beware of Revanents.8) Chaos Druids. Head south of Edgeville to Edgeville Dungeon. Go down and follow the path until you reach the Wilderness Gate. Go through this gate and go west until you see Chaos Druids. This place is often Crowded due to the pures that recently start. Kill these and pick up all herbs but: Marrentill, Harrlander, Guam, and Tarromin. Ranarr is a MUST PICK UP! over 6k a piece.9)Spider Eggs. You can collect these north of Chaos Druids, Varrock Sewers, or even Karajama Volcanoe. These sell for 350 each but it is way easier to summon a Spirit Spider and use it's Scrolls to Collect.10) Flax to Bow Strings. NOT SHOWN IN VIDEO. Buy Flax and Make Bow String in Lumbridge Castle. Good Crafting exp. Requires 10 Crafting. You can get Double the Profit from this.To be Honest Guys. I wouldnt do alot of the stuff on this video because of that fact that most of that is Raw Material Used to Enhance skills. I mean it's like this.. money really doesnt mean much in the long run.
