Ortiz, esposo y padre de tres hijos, fue uno de los cientos de inmigrantes residentes que declararon su lealtad a los Estados Unidos de America mediante una ceremonia multitudinaria de naturalización.En conmemoración del próximo 17 de Septiembre, Día Nacional de la Ciudadanía, Ortiz se une a la campaña "State Farm es Para Mí", un programa de ayuda para educar, movilizar e integrar a la comunidad latina en el proceso cívico. La campaña enfatiza la importancia de la cultura, la educación y la ciudadanía en la comunidad latina, a la vez que fortalece a los latinos para convertirse en participantes activos en la sociedad americana a través de un mayor compromiso cívico. A través de esta iniciativa State Farm, en su rol de "Buen Vecino" ha incluido materiales sobre Ciudadanía Americana y registro del voto por estado, para ciudadanos americanos latinos e información sobre ciudadanía americana para aquellos inmigrantes documentados, en las oficinas de State Farm. Memphis has 3 alliances for final 2. He made alliances with everyone except Renny. This week the POV decides everything. Jerry falls in the pool & Dan try to get under Renny's skin so he has a better chance at POV. Veto Comp-Rock A Bye Veto. Whoever guesses the parents of all six veto babies in the shortest amount of time wins. Memphis wins the POV. Memphis must keep all of his alliances happy but Jerry won't be happy if he uses the POV. Memphis uses the POV to take Dan off the block. Jerry has no choice except to put up Renny. Thursday-Live eviction & the 1st look at the jury house. On Mobb Deep's song "Give Up The Goods (Just Step)" from The Infamous he started the second verse with the line: Yo, it's the r-a-double-p-e-r n-o-y-d, niggas can't fuck with me! He has later stated that he received his first contract, for $300,000, because of that line. His debut album, Episodes of a Hustla, was released in 1996 on Tommy Boy Records. But as Big Noyd was incarcerated at the time of the release, he didn't have full control over the album, and the album turned out only to contain 11 songs. In 2003, Big Noyd returned with his second album, Only The Strong. This album, just like his debut, had many Mobb Deep-related features, but it was a good introduction to people which had yet to hear Big Noyd's music. Noyd attributes the lackluster sales due to Landspeed Records filing for bankruptcy (which became Traffic Entertainment Group) in an unrelated lawsuit, just as the album was being released. In 2004, Big Noyd released his third album, On The Grind, also featuring many guest-spots by Mobb Deep-related artists.
