Heres how hes doing it.STORY:Mingguang Chen used to run a fast food shop in Wuhan city. He says officials from Jianghan District forcefully demolished his shop without warning back in 2004. Hes been to Beijing about a half dozen times to raise awareness about his situation. During his most recent trip to the Chinese capital he distributed about a thousand fliers with the word injustice on it. Chen felt he had no other way to speak his mind.[Mingguang Chen, Wuhan Petitioner]: (quote1, male):"I have no money and no rights. Now I only have my life.
