Headbands to Wear at Your Roaring 20's, Hippie 60's, or Disco 70's Theme Party Event
from: ...You can usually find plenty of headbands to wear on a daily basis, but it's a special kind of headband that is worn for parties. The party headband is highly decorative, fun, and usually a conversation starter. Party hosts can get a headband for themselves to wear or pick up a bunch of them to hand out as party favors, then the guests can take a little of the party home with them. Headbands are also fairly cheap and you can find a set of them that won't break your party budget, while they are still made from good cloth and elastic so they last a long time.
The Roaring twenties party can really benefit from a set of headband party favors for the guests. That way everyone will be in costume for the event. Many of these twenties themed headbands will come in black, gold or white with sequins with the fabric scrunched up to form a ruffle around the band. On the side of the headband will usually be a fabric flower with a large feather sticking up out of it. It's really quite attractive. You can also wrap them around rolled up napkins as napkin holders.
You can also go with the classic hippie headbands for your party. These are great for hippie parties, sweet sixteen parties or sixties parties. They are just like the traditional hippie style headband, being a thin band with pretty detailed designs running around it. There are hippie headbands with peace signs, and multicolored geometric designs.
The laser headband works well for those futuristic themed parties you plan on holding or for a Mardi Gras party or a Bachelorette party. They are made up of bands with thick tufts of silver or gold Mylar streamers coming out of them. The light really reflects off of the shiny Mylar quite well and they are a great accent to your party.
